Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Quick Bricks.

2. Service Description

Quick Bricks is a digital platform that connects:

User Types

  • Clients: Purchase construction bricks
  • Suppliers: Brick manufacturers and distributors
  • Drivers: Transportation providers
  • Administrators: Platform managers

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Account Registration

  • • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • • You must verify your identity as required for your user role
  • • One person may only maintain one account

Identity Verification

  • All Users: Valid email and phone number
  • Suppliers: Business license, tax identification
  • Drivers: Driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

Clients

  • • Browse and select bricks from verified suppliers
  • • Place orders and make timely payments
  • • Provide accurate delivery information
  • • Rate suppliers and drivers after transactions

Suppliers

  • • List accurate brick information and pricing
  • • Fulfill orders in a timely manner
  • • Maintain quality standards
  • • Communicate order status
  • • Hold valid business licenses

Drivers

  • • Bid on delivery jobs within capabilities
  • • Maintain valid licenses and insurance
  • • Provide safe and timely delivery
  • • Handle bricks with care

5. Prohibited Conduct

General Prohibitions

  • • Use services for illegal purposes
  • • Provide false or misleading information
  • • Impersonate another person or entity
  • • Interfere with or disrupt services
  • • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Commercial Prohibitions

  • • List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products
  • • Manipulate prices or engage in price fixing
  • • Create fake reviews or ratings
  • • Bypass payment processing systems
  • • Violate tax or business regulations

Content Prohibitions

  • • Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • • Share copyrighted material without permission
  • • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • • Spam other users

6. Transactions and Payments

Order Process

  1. Clients select bricks from suppliers (no bidding)
  2. Orders created with multiple suppliers if needed
  3. Drivers bid on delivery services
  4. Client selects preferred driver
  5. Delivery completed and rated

Payment Terms

  • • All payments processed through secure system
  • • Suppliers paid after order fulfillment
  • • Drivers paid after delivery completion
  • • Platform fees deducted as disclosed

Cancellations & Refunds

  • • Policies vary by supplier and order stage
  • • Refunds processed per refund policy
  • • Disputes handled through resolution process

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Quick Bricks owns all rights to:

  • • Trademarks, logos, and branding
  • • Platform algorithms and functionality
  • • Aggregated and anonymized user data

Your Rights

You retain ownership of:

  • • Content you upload (photos, descriptions)
  • • Your business information and trade secrets

License to Use: By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for providing our Services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

Quick Bricks is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Third-Party Interactions

  • • We do not guarantee quality of bricks or delivery
  • • Users responsible for their business relationships
  • • We are not liable for disputes between users

Limitation of Liability

9. Termination

Termination by You

  • • Delete your account anytime through the app
  • • Outstanding obligations remain after deletion

Termination by Us
