This page explains how to request account deletion and what data will be removed from the Quick Bricks platform.

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please review this information carefully before proceeding.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: Through the Mobile App

  1. Open the Quick Bricks mobile app
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm your decision in the dialog that appears

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include: Your full name and email address associated with your account

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

Personal Information

  • • Name, email, phone number, profile picture
  • • Address and personal details
  • • Account credentials and authentication data

Business Data

  • • Supplier listings and company information
  • • Driver vehicle information and licenses
  • • Business-specific data and preferences

Transaction History

  • • All order records and delivery history
  • • Transaction details and payment history
  • • Bid history and job records

Content & Communications

  • • Chat messages and notifications
  • • Photos, images, and uploaded documents
  • • App preferences and usage analytics

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal and business purposes:

Financial Records

Payment and billing information may be retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law (typically 7 years)

Legal Compliance

Data required for ongoing legal matters or regulatory compliance

Safety Records

Information related to safety incidents or disputes may be retained for liability purposes
